madlogicTutorials & Guides
#1
Hi guys, wondering if it's at all possible to have tutorials and guides via this thread here? tutorials on texture editing, modeling etc etc, ranging from Cinema4D (Old Mod Style) and Blender Editing etc etc.

There are many, many tutorials on the internet covering many subjects, such as modelling and texture work that you should be able to find very easily.

However that said, I do agree that it would be good to have Klub specific tutorials.

Failing that I'd say just ask your queries if it's something specific you want to know/learn, I'm sure folks would be happy to help.

For example if it's not something directly related to The Klub I may be able to assist you.

Solid point, neglected to be more specific :)

Definetly regarding TK mesh editing and textures, i had a tutorial saved a while back regarding texture editing via Cinema4D, also noticed the blender addon posted with tutorials, still lacking as far as how to go about modifying these textures via blender, im sure it has something to do with UV exporting, editing and reimporting but i could be wrong lol, been trial and error at this point.

Specific tutorials based on editing textures and models would be a definite bonus towards the community as it would give others the opportunity to share the work they have created for others.

Thanks for the reply good sir :)

Not a problem, plus you're sort of in luck (I think) regarding one of your questions.

Your question regarding "modifying textures via blender".

Try this :

Or even the whole section on Blender :

I can't really help with stuff like Blender though I'm afriad, my knowledge is of Autodesk Max.

But the link above, if you hover over the "Tutorials" tab there are also sections for Cinema4D and Photoshop, aswell as many other 3D modelling applications.

As I said previously any questions just ask imo, someone will likely be willing to help.

TK17 modding tutorials using CollaTKane and Blender 2.78 (Later version aren't supported unfortunately)
All credits go to their creators.

Tutorials and Tools

Install "TKShellTools" to be able to encode/decode TXX files.

Basic workflow:
1. Decode needed TXX (with TKShellTools)
2. Open it in Blender 2.78 or lower (set it up first, check the tutorial), modify.
3. Pack it back (following tutorials of course).
Take your time reading provided tutorials, don't miss any detail.

P.S.: Blender addon barelly works even on "2.78". It really needs an update for the latest Blender version. Let TK17 live!!!
