V11 bugs report

[dipstik]

The default earrings shaders seem very glitchy (brightness, colour, saturation)
They load very dark and don't brighten much even with full slider change.

Still no facemate working with female models. I've tried every body/face combinations.  DIIKK2121 said that I have to disable oyster 4x skin mod, but I have no clue where to find it. Not in that name anyway. Can anybody help me please?

Body 2x/4x Skin  - Auto
Skin Face   - Std1 Female
This work for me.

It didn't help. I give up :(

I really appreciate your effort and desire to help, but facemate just doesn't work. That made me think a bit that how can you choose both 2x/4x skin and auto at the same time?

"Skin Face" is a drop menu in Body Customizer too.

My best advice: DO NOT USE FACEMATE/FACEGEN!

The results are always terrible (sometimes horrific.) A lot of people think FaceMate is a "shortcut" to creating realistic models, but it actually takes LONGER to create a decent face using the apps. Only twice in my life have I seen a model face made using FaceGen that actually looked good, and it took the author a month to finish her.

If you take the time, you can achieve MUCH better results tweaking a model by hand (If we could, I'd have "FaceMate" stripped out of V11. It sux anyway.)

Just trying to spare you from wasting your time, but if you wish to continue trying to get something you acknowledge "just doesn't work" that I warn you is a waste of time, you are welcome to do so.

to active face details of facemate, you have to disable oyster 4x skin mod (reload the room) by selecting 4xbody, face = default.

There is no "oyster 4x skin mod". I do not use 2x/4x/8x skins.

In the pose editor, the copy/paste function does not work in frame pages 9-12, only 1-8. Is this intentional or a bug? Or do I have a setting wrong? I think I recall the same issue in VX, though my memory is fuzzy since I stopped using that a few years ago due to it's crash issues and went back to 7.5.

Hmm. You're right.

I recall this issue being brought up during V11's development, and it was also fixed early in VX's release.

I'll inform the Team (though note our lead programmer, "Averteas", is going to be offline for a while (he has been cagey on exactly why.)
