Richter BelmontRK HairWork Replacer Guide/Method
#1
To make a Hairwork.
require a complex setup (like specific armature) and the use of a some plugin.
What if there was a easier way...
There is null
No complex setup and plugin require.

Roundly my way:
  1. Get mesh
  2. Create hair with it (using hair particle)
  3. export obj
  4. double-click a exe
  5. Make a duplicate of an already existing hairwork (like R9Hair179) replace bloc of code of apx.
The .zip contain the said exe and a guide explaining the method (.odt with text and images)

UPDATE:

All hair strand of the given hair must have the same number of edge/vertex.
If for some reason one or more of your strand have different number of edge/vertex, hook5 will act as if your apx was invalid.
If using hair particle system (like explained in the guide from the previous post), you won't get this problem :
blender give the same number of edge/vertex to all strand when converting the hair particle to mesh.
But this may be a problem for people creating hairwork using another way than the hair particle system.
