except for battles, rtw it's turn by turn
but i guess it's that you search a turn by turn? in that case...maybe not a strategy game but bloodbowl have the same mechanic

Yeah! Really liked Bloodbowl (used to play the tabletop game when I was younger). Still get my ass kicked, but in a fun sort of way...
