That's a easy thing to do, even no need of addons!

TUTORIAL:

Get a futa model, then another male model or futa whatever xD, this other second model will be the ``second penis``, now to enable that, go to the customizer tab, and inside ``CLOTHES`` tab, enable the BOX OPTIONS for collors, in this new tab, you will see the ``INVISIBLE OPTIONS`` enable the options to hide all body except for the ``genitals`` then BOOMMM, it`s ready. Now all you need to do is to MIRROR this model`s animations to the main body
