I'll try to make it simple:

3. Please be polite and RESPECT other forum members, trolling, racism etc will not be tolerated. Remember, acting like a jerk won't get you anywhere.. Notice the warning points? Someone asked me what it does? If you give a member a warning it will give them 10 warning points and if a member gets a 100 it will automatically banned them. This can happen to anyone here except for me for obvious reasons. Please take note though if one of moderators gets any I will be getting a hold of you for you can explain to me why?

6. You can upload here or use outside services. NOTE: DO NOT USE "uploadmb". This free upload service use to be one of the best but now a popup will popup claiming you have a virus and to call them. Some "uploadmb" may still be here if so please let me know for I can fix it. By the way this is a great image service

7. If you post here I will give you an avatar. I will give you a good one but you can always change it in your user control panel if you don't like it. It helps us to be able to recognized you better.

Note: Phoenix Garden offers language support. There are a lot of different languages in this world. If you don't see yours then please don't hesitate to let me know and I'll it get here.

Note #2: Phoenix Garden currently has 7 different themes. They just like language support are easy to change at the footer "bottom" of the forum. Or you can change it in your user control panel.

Oh and it would be nice if you see a broken link, or have any questions or concerns inform the moderators or me about it.
