I cant seem to find help to install the skin texture pack. Ive search everywhere it seems. I hope this is the place to ask.

I downloaded the (s) Birol Metal Female. How do i get it to show up in the game. I  attached it for clarification.

Firstly, this is not the right place to post questions.

I think you must be talking about the Specs and Bumps pack, which I posted on the skins forum, correct?
To install, just put everything in the Mod/ActiveMod folder, these files are not skins themselves, they are auxiliary images from Hook5 to make the game recognize the SKIN and be able to apply the appropriate layers and overlays.

The proper skins are the all posts that cames after
