The actions available in PE depends on the loop you are editing in the interactive mode (the penetration loop let's you edit hips and etc, the cooldown loop lets you edit other parts of the bodies and so on). Animation mode has more freedom, but it will just play without ability to do anything just watch. There was some PE manuals on the net, but now I can't remember where. Try google ;)
