There is a 4x Mod already posted, took a quick look
In the original 4x mod stockings were missing feet, pantyhose missing genitals.
That was script errors that have been fixed in current Body4xMod.
I do know you are still missing the 18 4x sperm textures.

Without a close inspection of all the body scripts I would say the
2 4x mods are basically the same. Except I added something special.
Added 8 true full body stockings to 1x and 4x, ActiveMod Enabled
   

I did a full comparison of the 1x and 4x scripts and I trust it's right
Butt.... and it's a BIG BUTT
If you're not interested in the stockings then don't bother
Most likely that's the only difference in the 2 4x mods

There ia an issue with hook and stockings, it was same with hook 4
They don't always play nice together Alt+R to reload
