Huh?
I hope that it's not a "permission" issue. That's something "Avarteas" will have to look into, and unfortunately, he's still away for another couple of weeks. :(
I just sent him a PM to investigate asap.
(Until a fix is found, try setting "Developer Mode" in the "Options Manager" [untested].)

Even though I set it to Developer Mode as OysterMug said, it doesn't work. The theme looks really good, so I can’t wait to apply it.
